Our Property Management (during the lease)

Once we have a quality tenant in your home, we create a condition report which covers the condition at which we lease out the property, including detailed photographs and signed undertaking from the tenants accepting the condition at which the property is given to the tenants.

 

 We undertake constant monitoring to ensure that the tenants are keeping the property in good condition and are fulfilling other obligations of a tenant including but not limited to paying the rent on time.

Ending of Lease

We ensure that at the end of the lease all outstanding rents are paid before the tenants vacate the property.

 

 In the very unlikely event of the property having any damages or not being cleaned properly, We would ensure that the landlords are adequately compensated for the losses by making a request to the tenant to pay for those losses and failure of which we would take them to the Victorian Civil and Administrative tribunal for them to place an legal order to get the tenant to pay reasonable compensation for the same.
